We are still here for you to support your installation or help with technical questions.
If you require a schematic to help connect our transformer, we can provide that to you but every transformer has a schematic attached to it. While every single transformer is tested to rigorous UL standards there can be issues with connecting some of the more complicated products that we provide. We can help you. We have staff located in Europe that can at least field the questions or email on your schedule but we do want to know of any problems that our customers are having worldwide so that we can ensure a satisfactory experience with our company and products.
